What we process and why
Only what you send us when you write: your email address, your name and whatever you put in the message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (GDPR articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
Retention
We keep correspondence for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If no relationship follows, it is deleted once it no longer serves the purpose that created it.
Recipients
We do not share data with third parties and make no international transfers, beyond the email and hosting providers needed to run the service, which act as processors.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your request was not properly handled.
